Customer Service Support
The candidate must have experience in customer service and entry-level computer support. Duties include, but not limited to:
Fielding all calls and email correspondence from IT managers, resellers and end user customers.
Sending calls to next level of support when necessary.
Working co-operatively and with good follow-up skills to reach customer satisfaction.
Troubleshooting voice, data, connection and IT-related issues.
Creating trouble tickets and keeping detailed records.
Scheduling install and on-site support for field techs.
A passing exam of 3CX Basic Training.
