Customer Service Support
(Level 1)

The candidate must have experience in customer service and entry-level computer support. Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Fielding all calls and email correspondence from IT managers, resellers and end user customers.

  • Sending calls to next level of support when necessary.

  • Working co-operatively and with good follow-up skills to reach customer satisfaction.

  • Troubleshooting voice, data, connection and IT-related issues.

  • Creating trouble tickets and keeping detailed records.

  • Scheduling install and on-site support for field techs.

  • A passing exam of 3CX Basic Training.
