COVE CENTRAL OPENS ITS FIRST SHOWROOM

July 10, 2019 – Freeport, ME – Cove Central Communications, a VoIP service and Business PBX provider, opens its first showroom in Freeport, ME.  Located at 5 Depot Street in the FreeportWerkes collaborative workspace, a wide variety of business phones and conference systems are in place in an active office environment to give customers an opportunity to try the products in a realistic environment.  The demonstration system is not just a “canned” display, but the equipment is being used by FreeportWerkes
and its members on a daily basis.

Cove Central’s business IP phone system includes a digital receptionist, voice mail-to-email transcription,
fax-to-email, mobile integration, business SMS, paging and web conferencing solutions.   FreeportWerkes members are now able to add phone equipment and services to their subscriptions.

“Having a showroom offsite, is truly an opportunity for us to be able to showcase our products and solutions without the disruption of our typical day-to-day operations,” according to Maryrose Whittaker, Community Manager of Cove Central.  She continues, “Typically, our demos are done online and it doesn’t give you the same experience as a fully functional phone system in a real office environment.  Also, it can be cumbersome to bring all the equipment to a customer site for a demo, so an offsite showroom gives the customer the option to go to a facility they can try different features and see how each element is being used by a third party.  It covers many points all-around.”

When asked if there will be another showroom, Whittaker concludes “The answer is yes, most likely.  We have an office in Framingham, Massachusetts and a showroom in the greater Boston area would definitely help increase awareness of our products and innovation.”
